of the new-business commission we receive on policies bound from your referrals — paid monthly, for as long as your license stays active. Custom splits available for volume.
Requires an active producer license for the referred line & state. W-9, license copy, and E&O certificate collected at signup.
Referral fee
$100
per eligible referral — or the maximum your state allows if it’s less. Where the law says a fee can’t depend on a sale, it doesn’t: you’re paid per eligible referral, full stop.
Just a W-9 — required before your first payment. No license, no insurance paperwork.
Referral compensation for unlicensed partners is regulated state-by-state; we administer the program to comply with the law of the referred customer’s state.
