Licensed Insurance Agent
Full-time · Remote (US) or one of our offices in VA, NC, NV & AZ
Quote, sell, and service personal and commercial lines across our carrier network. You own relationships from first quote through renewal, helping clients protect what matters while hitting clear sales goals.
What you'll do
Quote and bind personal and commercial policies across multiple carriers
Advise clients on the right coverage for their situation and budget
Hit individual sales and retention targets with support from the team
Service renewals, endorsements, and certificates of insurance
Keep accurate records in our CRM and stay compliant with state regulations
What you'll bring
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license — or Life & Health for those lines
Insurance sales or service experience preferred
Comfort working multiple carrier systems and a CRM
Strong written and verbal communication
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

Gather information and prepare quotes for licensed agents
Issue certificates of insurance and assist with policy changes
Support renewals and keep client records up to date in the CRM
Study for your Property & Casualty license with our support
