Event Insurance

👾 Specialty

Coverage for a specific event — liability, cancellation, liquor, and more — from weddings to festivals to that llama meet-and-greet.

Event insurance provides coverage for a specific event — a wedding, festival, concert, market, or corporate function — usually combining liability with optional cancellation protection.

The liability piece covers injuries or property damage during the event (a guest trips, a rented venue is damaged), and often includes liquor liability if alcohol is served; venues routinely require it and ask to be named as additional insured. The optional cancellation piece reimburses non-refundable deposits if the event has to be called off for a covered reason.

It’s typically inexpensive for a single day or weekend, and it turns “what if something goes wrong” from a personal financial risk into a covered one.
