Frequently Asked Questions

Is Assault & Battery automatically included?

Not always. Many carriers add A&B via endorsement or sublimit. It’s essential for security operations—make sure it’s included at adequate limits.

Do I need Professional Liability as well as GL?

Yes, most guard firms carry both. GL handles bodily injury/property damage; Professional Liability addresses alleged errors like failure to protect or negligent supervision.

What if guards drive their own cars?

Add Hired & Non‑Owned Auto to cover liability when employees use personal or rented vehicles for work. It doesn’t cover damage to their own cars.

Can you meet strict contract wording?

Yes. We can provide AI, Primary & Noncontributory, Waiver of Subrogation, and scheduled endorsements where the carrier allows.

Do you offer coverage for executive protection or event security?

Often yes—subject to underwriting. Provide details on venues, crowd sizes, travel, and any armed assignments.
